Warm-up — chromatic run in a higher position New
The same 1-2-3-4 chromatic pattern as the basic warm-up, but played further up the neck (frets 5 to 8): the frets sit closer together, so the finger spacing needs to shrink accordingly.
Tips
Don't try to keep the exact same finger spacing as at fret 1: higher up the neck the frets are closer together, so the hand should naturally close up.
