Power riff — descending in E New
A descending four-chord power chord riff (E5-D5-C5-B5) rather than a simple two-chord back-and-forth: every bar moves to a new power chord, stepping down degree by degree to the fifth before looping back to the root.
Tips
This riff changes chord every bar: first memorise the order of the four power chords by holding each one as a whole note very slowly, before putting the eighth-note rhythm back on top.
