Barre — F minor and B minor back to back New
The two minor barre shapes practiced one after the other (Fm then Bm): not a harmonic progression as such, but a sequence designed to compare the two shapes directly.
Tips
Fm sits at fret 1 and Bm at fret 2: the move between them is short, so use it to feel that it's exactly the same hand shape sliding up one fret.
